DELIVERY
You can choose to have your parcel delivered to your home or work with DHL climate compensated delivery. Standard delivery costs €3.95, but is free for orders above €59,90 if you choose to pick it up - simply select a DHL or Mondial Relay service point. RETURNS
Please note that you will be charged a return fee of 2.99 €, which will be deducted from your refund. We are no longer providing you with a return label in your parcel since we have gone completely paperless. All returns are completed online and you can easily create a return label yourself by registering your return on the Return Portal.
